Each Angel Keepsake is lovingly handmade using real goose and turkey feathers, making every piece beautifully unique. 

Because we use natural feathers, you may notice small variations in colour, size, and shape — these are part of your Angel’s individual charm, not flaws. No two Angels will ever be the same, which makes yours truly one of a kind.

After your Angel's journey to you, your Angel may need a little love — simply gently fluff the feathers to restore her natural softness and shape.

Please note:

• Minor feather differences are completely natural and part of the handmade process.

• We take great care to package each Angel securely with fragile labels.

• If your Angel arrives damaged, please reach out within 7 days with photos so we can help.

• Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery (buyer pays return postage unless item is damaged).
