How to handle ashes

When you order your piece, we send you a small, discreet kit with everything you need. It explains each step clearly and gently, so you can move at your own pace.

The ashes are placed inside a sealed capsule held within the artwork. They are not visible from the outside, and no one will know the piece contains a memorial unless you choose to share it.

How are Angels shipped?

Angels are shipped from New Zealand in a beautiful box that keeps them secure during transport.

The box includes an easel to display your Angel, a small scoop to transfer ashes into the container and a card explaining how use your Angel.

  • Minor feather differences are completely natural and part of the handmade process.
  • We take great care to package each Angel securely with fragile labels.
  • If your Angel arrives damaged, please reach out within 7 days with photos so we can help.
  • Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery (buyer pays return postage unless item is damaged).
